Auto Power Plan is an open source application, supporting automatic switching between power modes when the laptop charges or runs on battery. The utility has three default Windows power modes and allows customizing parameters.

Auto Power Plan has the ability to determine whether your computer is running on battery power or not and switch to priority power mode.
