II. How to Create and Use Google Sheets
1. How to Create a Google Sheets Page
Step 1: Go to Google Sheets
Step 2: Select Blank.
Step 3: A new sheet will be created and displayed as below screenshot shown.
Here you can name (1 ) your Google Sheets and enter the data in the blank cell (2) below.
2. How to Use Google Sheets
Step 1: Use the Tab bar to open the corresponding command tags in detail.
Step 2: Change size, alignment, font, background color, border,… for your data section by customizing it on Toolbar.
Step 3: The footer will display a list of subsheets on the current Google Sheets.
– You can add a new sheet by pressing the (+) sign.
Step 4: Calculations, statistics in Google Sheets.
– Select the cell to calculate value => Use logical calculation functions, conditional functions, lookup functions,… to manipulate.
Step 5: Download Google Sheets.
– Select File => Press Download => Select the file format you want to save to your computer.
